Returns and Exchanges

On-line Purchases
We want you to be happy with your purchases, if your items are unsatisfactory or defective you may return your purchase for a full refund.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order.
The item must not have been worn, changed, altered, or washed and returned in the same condition it was received.
All original tags must be attached.
Undergarments, Sale Merchandise and Special Orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for any reason.

* Any return or exchange that does not meet with Willow St.'s policy will not be accepted or refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.

UNWORN MERCHANDISE, ACCOMPANIED BY SALES RECEIPT AND WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED MAY BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS, UP TO 30 DAYS FOR A STORE CREDIT

Completing Return/Exchange
Completely fill out the merchandise return/exchange form that was sent with the original purchase. * Items must be identical to the original item ordered. Please return merchandise in a properly sealed/protected package. We suggest registering and insuring your package, as Willow St. does not accept any responsibility for packages sent by customers and is not responsible for lost packages without a proof of delivery.
