Returns and Exchanges
On-line Purchases
We want you to be happy with your purchases, if your items are unsatisfactory or defective you may return your purchase for a full refund.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • The item must not have been worn, changed, altered, or washed and returned in the same condition it was received.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Undergarments, Sale Merchandise and Special Orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for any reason.
* Any return or exchange that does not meet with Willow St.'s policy will not be accepted or refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • UNWORN MERCHANDISE, ACCOMPANIED BY SALES RECEIPT AND WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED MAY BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS, UP TO 30 DAYS FOR A STORE CREDIT
  • GIFTS ARE EXCHANGEABLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
  • SPECIAL ORDERS AND TRUNK SHOW ORDERS ARE A FINAL SALE
  • SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE
  • MERCHANDISE WITHOUT ORIGINAL TAGS AND ORIGINAL RECEIPT MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

Completing Return/Exchange
Completely fill out the merchandise return/exchange form that was sent with the original purchase. * Items must be identical to the original item ordered. Please return merchandise in a properly sealed/protected package. We suggest registering and insuring your package, as Willow St. does not accept any responsibility for packages sent by customers and is not responsible for lost packages without a proof of delivery.
